A poda \u00e9 um m\u00e9todo para selecionar e remover cuidadosamente a maioria dos galhos e folhas grandes (como no caso das bananeiras). Dentro de uma agrofloresta, essa pr\u00e1tica tem v\u00e1rias finalidades:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>a poda abre o espa\u00e7o para expor as plantas inferiores a mais luz solar e circula\u00e7\u00e3o de ar, o que tamb\u00e9m ajuda a prevenir a incid\u00eancia de doen\u00e7as;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>o material org\u00e2nico das \u00e1rvores serve como cobertura do solo, mantendo o solo \u00famido e fornecendo novos nutrientes ao sistema;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>a energia retirada das folhas ficar\u00e1 concentrada nas ra\u00edzes da planta e lhe dar\u00e1 uma nova for\u00e7a para crescer e prospera<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/projetomaara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/06bace75-6ce4-4882-b71e-feac7c8778a5-1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1796\" srcset=\"https:\/\/projetomaara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/06bace75-6ce4-4882-b71e-feac7c8778a5-1-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/projetomaara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/06bace75-6ce4-4882-b71e-feac7c8778a5-1-480x640.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 768px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O que em um primeiro momento parece derrubar a agrofloresta, na verdade \u00e9 um refor\u00e7o de energia necess\u00e1rio para as plantas.
